Who we are
Left Coast Trailers rents temporary facility trailers, including sleeper, kitchen, restroom, shower, laundry and refrigeration units, for work sites in the United States. You can reach us at (661) 206-2265 or through the contact page.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us, and what our systems record when you visit.
- Information you submit in a quote or contact form: your name, email address, phone number, project location, requested start date, equipment of interest, expected duration, industry and any message you write.
- Information from phone calls and emails you send us, including the details you share about your project.
- Technical information recorded automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the time of the request. Our hosting and security systems keep these records.
Rental estimates
The rental calculator works out an estimate in your browser. We do not receive what you enter unless you choose to submit it as a quote request.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions so the forms are not abused. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and give you the choices the law requires.
How we use information
We do not use the information you submit to build advertising profiles.
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and arrange delivery, service and support.
- To contact you about your request by phone or email.
- To keep the site and our forms secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To meet legal, tax, insurance and contract obligations.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Service providers that host the site and receive form submissions for our team, such as our website host (Vercel) and Glide, the tool we use to receive and manage inquiries. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Delivery, installation and service partners, when needed to fulfill your rental.
- Professional advisers, insurers and authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
- A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganized.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and rental records for as long as needed to respond, perform the rental and meet legal, tax and insurance requirements, then delete or de-identify them. Server logs are kept for a shorter period set by our hosting provider.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and limits on repeated form submissions. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal details such as payment card or government ID numbers through the website forms.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, such as California and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be treated unfairly for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of today.
To make a request, call (661) 206-2265 or use the contact page and state that it is a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. You may also ask someone to submit a request for you. If we decline a request, you can ask us to review that decision.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors across sites or sell or share personal information, we respond to browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control in the same way for every visitor.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, including government and news sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the bottom of the page shows the latest revision.
